The RCH Clinic Check-in is a mobile application that allowsfamiliesand young people attending Specialist Clinics appointmentsat theRoyal Children’s Hospital Melbourne to check-in and see adiary ofall your future appointments. Once you arrive at thehospital youwill be able to check in using your app and gostraight to thewaiting area. We will know you have arrived withoutyou waiting in aqueue or using one of the self-service check-inkiosks. When thedoctor is ready to see you a notification will besent. In order touse this application once downloaded, scan thebarcode on yourcurrent Specialist Clinic booking letter from theRoyal Children’sHospital Melbourne. This verifies and registersyou/your child. Howdoes it work? RCH Clinic Check-in app allowsyou to confirm we haveyour correct details and check-in for allyour appointments at once.The application will tell you that youhave successfully checked-infor you clinic appointments and alsonotify if you are required goto the clinic desk to update anydetails. You will be sent anelectronic ticket number that you caneither view on the screenslocated around the hospital or receive anotification of when thedoctor/ clinician is nearly ready to seeyou.
